Sibley Building (Rochester, NY)

This iconic one million square foot building in downtown Rochester, boasted being the largest department store between New York and Chicago for years. In new iteration, it is now a neighborhood unto itself. It is home to market rate housing, affordable senior housing, workforce housing, Class A office space, a grocery store, and a food hall. This long term project for Renaissance has been the cornerstone of an urban revitalization.
