In Jersey City, New Jersey, WinnCompanies competed a $40.2 million rehabilitation project extending affordable housing for 30 years for 400 residents. A hallmark of Winn Companies projects is the creation of community spaces such as a lounge and multi-media room, in addition to ADA compliance and grounds upgrades. These include a playground and courtyard. Apartment modernization included high efficiency HVAC and appliances. This project also addressed damage by hurricane Sandy.
