Winn Development conducted an adaptive reuse project to turn the East Haven High School into 70 mixed-income senior apartments. This historic conversion of a New Deal era Works Project Administration building provides housing, onsite health and wellness services, theater, pool and meeting spaces. Over 55% of construction labor hours were performed by women and minority workers.
